I am a sophomore International Studies major at SUNY Oneonta. After college I hope to work with humanitarian projects after getting my master’s degree. I enjoy advocating for others by working on grassroots projects pertaining to feminism, access to housing, environmental sustainability, among many others .
When people visit my portfolio I hope they learn that my values are heavily tied with my work. I want to be hands-on and work on projects that I believe in.
I selected the 1st project to showcase as it is aligned with what I picture my career looking like. It shows I am able to take advantage of opportunities and I am always on the lookout to learn! For my 2nd project, I selected it to demonstrate my ability to not only be physically involved but able to have conversations surrounding these issues and contribute to the field.
